Manta Pavilion has been designed without limits. It is bold and beautiful, and can be delivered anywhere in the world, custom built and finished in the materials chosen to suit your location and your personal preferences.
Manta Pavilion rotates 300 degrees to offer you the best view of all four seasons, whatever the time of day. Direct Manta’s curved glass doors towards the early morning sun for breakfast, the swimming pool during the day or towards the horizon for sundowners; you’re in control of your outlook.
Environmentally mindful
Manta Pavilion has exceptional sustainability credentials, respecting the natural environment that inspired its beautiful undulations. Each element is constructed in England by specialist craftsmen, using only the materials and processes that have long and short term positive environmental impacts.
Combined with high performance, natural insulation and the 300-degree rotation of the entire pavilion, we have designed Manta Pavilion to work with your environment. Whether it’s in minimising or optimising solar gain, you have control of the way you enjoy your location. If you choose a remote setting for your Manta Pavilion, we will incorporate the necessary infrastructure for a completely off-grid energy source.
Innovation
Manta Pavilion’s roof is engineered to withstand all weather conditions in all climates. Depending on the internal fit-out you desire, the sculptural timber wall at the rear of Manta Pavilion provides ample space for a fully functioning kitchen, which swings into view at the touch of a button, alongside a concealed breakfast bar and storage cupboards. Another secret door leads to the beautifully appointed bathroom, tailored to suit your style. Alternatively, the whole space can be open plan to accommodate your preferred use.
At the front of Manta Pavilion, the motorised, triple-glazed, curved glass doors are operated by Manta Pavilion’s remote control app, giving you control over access and natural ventilation.
Unique to you
No more than six Manta Pavilions are to be created for the global market. While the shape and structure remain consistent, the layout and finishes are carefully curated with your specific requirements in mind. From concept design to construction, we tailor every element to suit you.

For many years, Martin has been successfully designing contemporary buildings, among them, the buildings for the Rathfinny Wine Estate set within South Downs National Park on the south coast of England. The winery, a state-of-the-art facility producing exceptional English Sparkling Wine, is the jewel in the crown at Rathfinny and the winner of a number of architecture awards.
